Terms & Conditions

1. Who these terms are with

Snapshot Engine is provided by The Snapshot Marketplace LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or continuing to use Snapshot Engine, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service and your licence

Snapshot Engine converts your descriptions and uploaded documents into AI-generated technical build guides, architecture plans, workflow maps, and optional funnel demonstrations for HighLevel. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its outputs for your lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these terms and your purchased access.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Features and availability may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and keep account access links and credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to any private build link you share.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

5. Your inputs and AI outputs

You retain your rights in the prompts, documents, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that material solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. To the extent permitted by law, you may use the outputs generated for you.

You are responsible for your inputs, for having the rights and permissions needed to submit them, and for how you use any output. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to material generated for others. You must review and test it before implementation. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, security, or other regulated professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • break the law, facilitate fraud or spam, or create unlawful, hateful, or abusive content;
  • create deceptive impersonations or harmful deepfakes;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • upload malware or interfere with security, availability, or other users;
  • probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or attempt to jailbreak safety controls;
  • resell access to the service or redistribute it as a competing product without permission.

We may inspect, filter, refuse, restrict, or remove content to protect users, rights holders, and the service. Rights holders can submit a takedown request through the feedback link in the site footer, identifying the work, the disputed material, and their contact details. Repeated infringement may result in termination.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in Snapshot Engine, including its software, interface, documentation, branding, and underlying systems. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, repeated infringement, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. After termination, access to stored builds may end and data may be deleted under our retention practices.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us through Paddle during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
